Through Shopify's official OAuth. Click "Import from Shopify" in your TwinTone dashboard, enter your store's .myshopify.com domain, and approve access on Shopify's own consent screen. TwinTone requests read-only product access — we never see orders, customers, or payment data.

What data does TwinTone import from Shopify?

Your product catalog: names, descriptions, prices, currencies, and product images. That's it. We request the minimum scope (read_products) needed to power live shopping streams.

Do my products stay in sync if I change them in Shopify?

Yes. Re-sync anytime from your dashboard with one click — updated prices, new products, and removed items all flow through. The sync is idempotent, so re-running it never creates duplicates.

Can the AI creator answer questions about my products?

Is my store data secure?

Your Shopify access token is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and used only to sync your catalog. You can disconnect anytime from your dashboard; uninstalling the app in Shopify admin also marks the connection disconnected via Shopify's uninstall webhook, and Shopify invalidates the token itself on uninstall.
